1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MinistrElife, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, including any updates, new features, or modifications. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using MinistrElife immediately.

2. Using MinistrElife

When you use MinistrElife, you agree to:

• Respect the community by posting appropriate content as defined in our Community Standards.
• Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Not misuse the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or spreading false information.

MinistrElife reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of MinistrElife, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

If we suspect that your account has been compromised, we may suspend it for security purposes.

4. Community Standards

To keep MinistrElife a safe, respectful place for all users, we prohibit:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or obscene content.
• Promotion of illegal activities such as gambling, drugs, or violence.
• False information, spam, or scams.

Content is automatically moderated using our Safe Score System (detailed below) and can be flagged for manual review.

5. Content Moderation and Safe Score System

We use an automated moderation system that analyzes all text and media posts. Here's how it works:

• Safe Score: Every post receives a score between 0.0 (inappropriate) and 1.0 (appropriate).
• Content with a score above 0.6 will be automatically posted.
• Content with a score between 0.3 and 0.6 will be flagged for review by administrators.
• Content with a score below 0.3 will be rejected.

You will receive a notification if your content is flagged or rejected. Repeated violations may result in suspension or banning.

6. Feature Requests and Bug Reports

We value your feedback. Please use the Bullhorn button to suggest new features or improvements. If you find a bug, use the Helpdesk Ticket link to report it, and we will address it promptly.

7. Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

You, as an individual or community, retain full ownership of any content you create and post on MinistrElife, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media. By posting your content on MinistrElife, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content within the platform to ensure functionality (such as displaying your posts in community feeds or search results). However, this does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to MinistrElife.

MinistrElife will not share, distribute, or use your content outside of the platform without your express permission or appropriate attribution, where applicable.

• You retain ownership of all content you post.
• We may display your content on MinistrElife for community use, but we will not share it externally without your permission.
• Any redistribution of your content outside of MinistrElife will require either your consent or proper attribution.

This ensures that your intellectual property rights are respected while allowing us to operate the platform effectively.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in unlawful activities, or misuse the platform in any way.

10. Limitation of Liability

MinistrElife is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform. We provide the platform “as is” and make no warranties regarding its reliability, availability, or functionality.

11. Changes to These Terms

MinistrElife may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or legal obligations. We will notify you of any significant updates, and continued use of the platform will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
